Is Q4TRO IPL?
No. IPL and AFT emit a broad spectrum of non-coherent light: they are not lasers, even when marketed as such. Q4TRO is a true laser with defined wavelengths and energy concentrated in the follicle. It is the first thing worth checking when you compare clinics.
Does Q4TRO work on tanned or dark skin?
